The point-type fluidizers produced by our factory are used in blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems to facilitate the fluidization state of pulverized coal. Air is introduced to fluidize the powder through a porous plate, enhancing its fluidity, preventing bridging, and ensuring smooth material discharge. They are evenly installed in the conical section of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin) and in dead corners of the powder bin and conveying pipes to prevent material buildup, caking, and arching on the inner walls of the injection tank (pulverized coal bin), thereby fluidizing the pulverized coal.

● The fluidization plate used in the point-type fluidizer is made of high-tech, high-performance sintered stainless steel mesh.

The point-type fluidizer is one of the accessories in blast furnace pulverized coal injection systems and plays a vital role in the injection process. It serves as an auxiliary flow component during the discharge of powdered materials from storage. It ensures that when the injection tank depressurizes or the safety valve releases pressure, the pulverized coal is filtered and retained in the tank, preventing environmental pollution, pipeline and valve wear, coal waste, and increased costs.
